Please note that HM Revenue and Customs insist that even charities must pay VAT on raffle tickets (yes, how unkind)

Standard delivery is 12 - 15 days. An Express Service is available (7-10 days approx) for urgent orders. We have to add £12.00 (plus VAT - £14.10) for orders up to 5000 tickets, £18.00 (plus VAT - £21.15) for orders from 5001 to 10,000 tickets or £30.00 (plus VAT - £35.25) for orders of 10,001 to 20,000 tickets. Express delivery is not available on orders over 20,000 tickets.

Details to be printed on the tickets

Your registered charity number (if applicable - please leave blank if you are not a charity)

The TITLE of the draw (i.e. Spring Raffle, Christmas Draw, etc) *

The DATE of the draw and where it will be drawn*

The last DATE by which all cash, counterfoils and unsold tickets are to be returned to the promoter of the raffle.*
(This MUST be before the date that the draw takes place)

The Promoter's name and address (this is a legal requirement and has to be printed on the tickets)*
(Note. The delivery address can be different if you wish - you will have an opportunity to tell us this later on in the ordering process)

The prizes available (please list the prizes in order of value, i.e. First Prize, Second Prize, etc). IMPORTANT There is only room on the ticket for THREE main prizes. If you have more than three prizes we suggest using the wording "First Prize XXXXX, Second Prize XXXXX, Third Prize XXXXX and many other prizes".*

Is the draw a private (members only) draw or one open to the public?

The name of the Local Authority with which the organisation is registered under the Gambling Act 2005 (This is required UNLESS the draw is a private lottery or member's only draw where the tickets will NOT be sold to the general public).

Ticket price (Please alter if the ticket selling price is NOT 10p).
IMPORTANT: There is a maximum price of £2 per ticket, by law. We assume a selling price of 10p per ticket, which is the most popular selling price. Please select your choice of selling price if different).

Deliveries - important note
You will have the opportunity at the checkout to specify an alternative delivery address if required. All deliveries are by parcel carrier, who will normally require a signature upon delivery. However, If you accept full responsibility for loss or damage, the carriers are able to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a location that you choose (such as a shed, greenhouse etc).

Layout
Our designers will add suitable logos and layout the ticket to suit unless you have supplied your own logo/graphic(s). A proof is not normally supplied for raffle tickets, but is available at extra cost if required (selectable on next page).
